Additional lodgements (IAS, TPAR, Workers Compensation, STP finalisation) and payroll are quoted based on your needs.

Your fee is tailored to your business, based on transaction volume, payroll and the support you need. We’ll provide a clear fixed quote with no hidden extras.

A one-off onboarding fee of $299 plus GST applies to all new clients, covering your setup and a smooth transition across to us.

Supervisory Service

Prefer to manage your own bookkeeping? Our supervisory service is designed for businesses who handle their own day-to-day but want the reassurance of expert oversight. We review your accounts each quarter, fix anything that needs attention, then prepare and lodge your BAS, so you stay compliant and confident. Pricing is tailored to your business and how much reviewing or editing your accounts need each quarter, so get in touch and we'll talk through what suits you.

  • Your bill or receipt will be attached to your Xero transaction which is great for future reference if needed

How much will your Xero Subscription cost?

Our fixed price Xero bookkeeping packages do not include your monthly Xero subscription. We believe the owner of the business should be the subscriber so that they have full control of the Xero datafile and who has access to it. Xero pricing is based on the number of employees plus other variables.

Out of Scope Work

If new work is required outside of the scope of our existing agreement we will issue a written proposal for you to accept (or discuss) before we commence any out of scope services.


Changes to your Business Structure, Workload and Set Price Bookkeeping Package

Should your business structure change dramatically throughout the year for any reason, then we will review our services and our set monthly fee and come to a new mutually acceptable arrangement.

  • Agree on Your Package
    • Select an all‑inclusive, fixed‑price plan with monthly direct debit – no lock‑in contract. A one-off onboarding fee of $299 plus GST applies to all new clients, covering your setup and a smooth transition across to us.
  • Notify Your Previous Bookkeeper
    • (If relevant) Inform them of the upcoming handover.
  • Grant Xero Access
    • Follow our instructions to invite us into your file.
  • Send Authorisation Forms
    • We email the necessary forms (e.g., authority to access Xero) for your approval and signature.
  • Set Up and Use Dext
    • We configure Dext and send simple instructions to capture and submit receipts.
  • Meet Your Dedicated Bookkeeper
    • You’ll have a primary bookkeeping specialist, backed by our full team whenever you need extra support.

Initial Three Month Review

All monthly set fees are reviewed after the first three months to check that we have everything you need included and the price is best for both of us.


Annual Review

Our fees are reviewed annually mid June.
