We are local Sydney bookkeepers working remotely from our office in Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

We can take care of all of your everyday bookkeeping using cloud based Xero accounting software, email correspondence, the occasional phone call and Receipt Bank.

Do you need some sort of software to manage your jobs? Some of our tradies use TradifyServiceM8 and Harvest. You may want to check them out to see if one of them is better suited to your needs. These all integrate with your Xero accounting software.

Don’t spend hours at the end of each quarter getting all of your paperwork in order for your BAS preparation. Let us keep it up to date and in order.

Pay your employees properly, give them payslips on time and file your pay event through STP (Single Touch Payroll). All businesses with employees now should be registered for Single Touch Payroll, even closely held.

  • You have the paperwork attached to your payments if you need them for a tax audit down the track
  • We will match your payments out of the bank to your bills in the system
  • We can pay your bills if required or set up a batch payment for you to upload to the bank
  • We can send out remittance advices to your suppliers
  • We can monitor your accounts payable so you know who you owe money to

Annual Taxable Payments Report

  • We can prepare and lodge your annual Taxable Payments Report to the ATO if you are in the applicable industries and you pay sub contractors or subbies throughout the year

Sales, Customers & Debtors

  • Customise your Xero quote and Xero template
  • Match up your payments coming into your bank account against your outstanding debtors or customer’s invoices
  • Monitor your accounts receivable so you know who owes you money
  • Follow up on outstanding debtors by setting up automatic email reminders or send out monthly statements on your behalf

Bank Reconciliations

  • Code off and reconcile your bank feed transactions
  • Complete bank reconciliations on a regular basis
  • We balance your bank feed in Xero to your actual bank accounts
  • We make sure you have no missing transactions which you can claim for
  • We make sure you have no doubled up transactions which are costing you money

Payroll and Superannuation

  • We can assist with setting up your payroll in Xero
  • We can assist with finding the correct award and classification for your employees so you pay them the right amount
  • We can run your payruns on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis and email out payslips to your employees and provide an aba file for your bank for an easy payment option
  • File your pay event using Single Touch Payroll
  • Calculate the superannuation, set up the payment for you to authorise and remind you when it is due or remains unpaid

Business Activity Statements

  • Complete our full BAS reconciliation at the end of each quarter
  • Prepare and lodge your Business Activity Statement (BAS) either monthly or quarterly
  • You get the advantage of our four week time extension to lodge and pay

Financial Reporting

  • Provide you with current financial information and reports so you understand how your business is performing

Financial Year End

  • We make sure everything is ready for your accountant/tax agent at year end so you are not rushing around trying to get everything in order for your annual tax returns

Bookkeeping Services Monthly Set Fees

  • Set monthly bookkeeping and BAS agent fees from $399 per month plus GST, set up on a direct debit on the 1st of each month.
  • This helps with your cashflow
  • You know we have everything taken care of throughout the year and your accounts are ready for your accountant or tax agent to prepare your income tax returns. We will assist your accountant where possible.
  • We review after 3 months to make sure it suits both of us going forward.

Supervisory Xero Bookkeeping Services & BAS

  • If you prefer to take care of the regular reconciliations, we can review your accounts at the end of each quarter to check your codings.
  • We would then complete our full BAS reconciliation to make sure you are claiming all the GST you are entitled to.
  • We will give you feedback and a little training if necessary.
  • We would then prepare and lodge your BAS through our BAS agent portal letting you take advantage of our four week time extension to lodge and pay.
  • It usually takes us a minimum of two hours to check your bank reconciliations, check your codings and GST, provide feedback and ways to assist you going forward, prepare and complete our full BAS reconciliation, then prepare and lodge your BAS.
  • Please note, we only offer this service if we are going to prepare and lodge your BAS
  • We also charge a fixed BAS lodgement fee.

  • We believe it is a good idea to have two sets of eyes on your accounts
  • We can recommend an accountant if you do not currently have one or are looking for a new one.
